    Jones Investment Real Estate was established with the primary objectives of advising investors in the acquisition, and disposition of income producing commercial real estate (CRE).  Our clients range from public REITs to individual investors, with common goals of maximizing return and minimizing risk.  Our experience runs the gamut of disposition and acquisition strategies.

    The Principal of Jones Investment Real Estate is a 2nd generation Broker, who has been actively involved in assisting CRE investors since 2007.  In addition, he has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM), which has been bestowed on only 9,500 commercial real estate practitioners world-wide, and was the 2017 President of the Oklahoma CCIM Chapter (OKCCIM).

    Investment Brokerage is our calling card.  We have extensive experience in sourcing on market deals and our long-term established relationships with investors  allow us to originate off-market opportunities for our clients as well.  We have a successful track record with a variety of disposition strategies and make sure to discuss different options along with pro’s and con’s with the client before making a decision.

    Our proprietary national database of commercial properties, developed since 2007, contains thousands of properties and investors which are contacted on a consistent basis about our offerings and any current and upcoming acquisition and disposition needs they may have.

    We have local market expertise with a significant national presence due to our long-term affiliation with the Argus Self Storage Sales Network, and active presence in the CCIM organization, consisting of  9,500 world-wide members.

    Jones Investment Real Estate has long-term established lending relationships with several debt and equity sources for re-finance, acquisition or development.  The Principal at Jones Investment Real estate has personally had an active role in sourcing debt and equity in excess of $30M for CRE investment projects.make all the difference.
