    More focused on Client objectives – Asking what each client’s objective(s)/goal(s) are, writing them down, prioritizing in order of importance, getting the client to concur, then re-capping at the end of the project/transaction, connecting emotionally with client’s.

  • Becky plays a vital role in ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. With exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail, she manages due diligence, documentation, and communication throughout the buying and selling process.

    In addition to coordinating deals, Becky leads the firm’s marketing, research, and design initiatives, crafting creative materials and visual strategies that showcase each property’s strengths. Her combination of market insight and design expertise helps listings stand out — and helps clients tell their story effectively.

    Becky’s dedication, creativity, and client-focused mindset make her an invaluable part of the Jones Investment Real Estate team.

  • As the founder and managing broker of Jones Investment Real Estate, Jared brings extensive experience in commercial investment sales with a strong focus on the self storage market throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas.

    A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Jared combines in-depth financial expertise with a practical, client-first approach. His deep understanding of market dynamics, property valuation, and investment strategy allows him to guide buyers and sellers through even the most complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

    Jared is passionate about creating lasting value — not just closing deals, but helping investors make smart, strategic decisions that support long-term success.

Argus Advisory Team

  • Amy joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in 2002 and served as the company's Director of Marketing and Operations before becoming Vice President in 2006. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado where she was a member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon honors fraternity and received Dean's List honors throughout her tenure.

    Amy has experience in the advertising and marketing fields and has worked in various industries including commercial building, healthcare and business-to-business advertising. With over 14 years of experience in the self-storage industry, Amy has specialized expertise in marketing this unique property type. She is responsible for all of the marketing and operations functions of the Argus Network.

  • Alexanna joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in 2007 and serves the company as its Marketing Coordinator. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in News-Editorial Journalism from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado in 2006.

    Alexanna manages Argus' web presence and social media and is also responsible for the production of marketing materials and competitive analysis for all Argus listings.

  • Mr. Vestal has been involved with commercial real estate for the last twenty years. He has been involved in the management, development, construction and brokerage of commercial real estate.

    Mr. Vestal has obtained financing for several real estate projects and is familiar with conduit, bank and life insurance company loans. Additionally, he has been involved in over $1 Billion of Self Storage financing transactions.

    In 2006, Mr. Vestal acquired an ownership interest in Argus Self Storage Advisors, the nation’s premier brokerage network for self-storage facilities, and has been actively involved with the management and growth of the company. In 2009, Mr. Vestal became President of Argus Self Storage Advisors and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the company. He has been involved in over $1 Billion in self-storage transactions and is frequently asked to share his specialized expertise at self-storage industry conventions and meetings.

Argus Support Team

  • Mr. Cox joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in November 2021. He has extensive experience in the development, acquisition, and management of the self-storage asset. Prior to joining Argus, Mr. Cox assisted in the development of $200M+ of class A self-storage facilities across the Western US and provided the underwriting of 250+ more potential opportunities.

    At Argus, he is responsible for the financial reporting, revenue management, and support of the Argus national brokerage network. Mr. Cox has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Certificate of Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed broker in the state of Colorado.

  • Annalise joined Argus Self Storage Advisors in 2018. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University in 2018. After graduation she worked at her family’s residential design company in Atlanta before moving to Denver, where she began her Marketing Assistant position at Argus. Annalise assists in the production of marketing materials and competitive analysis for all Argus listings.

  • Mr. Carosella has extensive experience in self-storage valuation, management and brokerage. Mr. Carosella joined Argus in November of 2018 and is a key member of the Argus Colorado brokerage team. Since joining the Colorado brokerage team, they have successfully closed over $50MM in self-storage transactions in Colorado. In addition to working on the Colorado brokerage team, Mr. Carosella works within the Argus corporate office assisting the executive team and national brokerage network in the financial analysis, underwriting and budgeting of assets across the country. Mr. Carosella has valued over 1,000+ self-storage properties nationwide with an aggregate value of more than $1 Billion and is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Argus corporate financial analysis team.

    Mr. Carosella has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is an active member of the National Self Storage Association, Young Leaders Group (YLG).
